Responsible Gaming at tk6999 —
Keep the fun, keep the control
Gaming is for entertainment — not for stress or addiction. tk6999 gives you all the tools and support you need to play within safe limits.
Our Commitment
tk6999 believes that online gaming should always be a source of entertainment — not a source of financial pressure or mental stress. We are committed to ensuring a safe, fair, and responsible gaming environment for all our players.
Responsible gaming means playing within your means, setting limits on time and money, and knowing when to take a break. tk6999 provides a number of practical tools and support services to make this easier, which you can use at any time.
Playing on our platform means SSL encryption protection, guaranteed fair play, and complete privacy of your personal information. tk6999 is always by your side as a reliable and secure platform.
Keep in mind
Gaming should be done purely for entertainment. Placing more bets in the hope of recovering lost money is never a wise decision.
- Only bet money you can afford to lose
- Keep gaming separate from your everyday spending budget
- Do not play while drinking or under mental stress
- Take regular breaks and spend time on other activities
Protection Tools for Responsible Gaming
tk6999 provides a number of effective features to help you keep your gaming habits in check.
Set Deposit Limits
Set your own limit on how much you can deposit per day, per week, or per month. Once a limit is set, it takes effect immediately. To raise a limit, a specific waiting period must be completed, which works to protect you.
Time-Out Feature
If you feel you need a break, temporarily deactivate your account for a set period — from 24 hours up to several weeks. During this time you will not be able to access any games, helping you take a conscious break.
Self-Exclusion
If a gaming addiction becomes serious, opt for long-term self-exclusion. Options range from 6 months to permanently closing your account. Please refrain from opening a new account during the self-exclusion period.
Session Reminders
Set session reminders to avoid playing for too long in one go. When the set time is up, the platform will notify you. This feature is effective for maintaining time awareness and preventing excessive play.
Gaming Activity Log
View your complete gaming history and details of all deposits and withdrawals at any time. Understand your own spending patterns and make informed decisions. Transparency is the first step toward responsible gaming.
24/7 Support
Our Bengali-speaking live chat support team is with you at any time of the day or night. Contact us at any time for help with any gaming concerns, setting limits, or account management.
Recognise the Warning Signs of a Problem
Gaming addiction develops gradually. If you notice the following signs, seek help immediately.
Placing more bets to make up for previous losses is a clear sign of a problem.
When you start prioritising gaming over family, work, or studies.
Repeatedly spending money beyond your own set budget.
Hiding the amount of gaming or spending from family or friends.
Borrowing money or finding it difficult to cover everyday essential expenses due to gaming.
Feeling restless when not playing, or not feeling as happy when you win as you would expect.
